Pamplona Oriental Rug

• Based on an original Asmara painting by Russian theatre artist Ludmila Slavinsky who imparted the drama of a Boshoi ballet to this French Empire inspired geometric design, painting it tonally in a thousand shades of red from ruby to cabernet.
• Combining ancient Savonnerie dyeing and weaving methods with a loop weave invented by Asmara, this cut and loop pile rug has subtle shade and texture variations reminiscent of the best antique rugs.
• Also available in aubusson as shown at right.
• Has passed independent durability tests by the Independent Textile Service of Dalton, Georgia, USA.
