  • Based on an original Asmara painting, Ascot interprets how legendary American Interior Designer Billy Baldwin might design a library for a home on Beacon Hill. A wood bark brown background is overlaid with honey beige geometry reminiscent of marquetry.
  • Made with fine quality hand spun wool yarns, this hand made needlepoint rug has natural variations in colors and texture similar to antique rugs.
  • Also available in pile, shown at right.
  • Has passed independent durability tests by the Independent Textile Service of Dalton, Georgia, USA.
  • Green manufacturing methods make this rug safe for children and pets. Unlike most other rug makers, Asmara never uses chemical washes.
  • Use with a pad.
